Invitation from Commodore Loader and the SFS Board to the 2020-21 end of season awards dinner on Saturday 8 May 2021 at the Squaddie, 76 McDougall St, Kirribilli. Drinks with the Commodore at 5.30pm are followed by dinner and presentation of awards at 6pm.

Ticket price: $85 (includes drink on arrival and 3 course meal)
Tap beer, glass of house bubbles or wine on arrival
Freshly Baked Sourdough — extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Duck rillettes — cornichons, chives and crisp croutons (df)
White fish and oyster pate — avruga caviar and croutons (df)
La stella burrata — heirloom tomatoes, green olives & basil salad, apple balsamic dressing (gf, vg)
Corn fed chicken breast — seared endive and French lentils (gf, df)
Confit salmon — fennel and onion puree, saffron beurre blanc (seafood)
Risotto — baked Japanese pumpkin, capsicum confit and parmesan (vg)

Vanilla crème brulée — creamy vanilla custard, crunchy topping
Hazelnut profiteroles — hazelnut ice cream, chocolate sauce and Chantilly cream
