Notice to ordinary financial members and life members that the date of the 131st Annual General Meeting, previously set for Sunday 20 September 2020, has been moved to Sunday 18 October. The meeting remains at 10am in the clubhouse at 76 McDougall Street, Milsons Point.
CHANGE OF DATE OF AGM
UPDATE TO “ORDINARY” FINANCIAL MEMBERS AND LIFE MEMBERS
We advise the date of the 131st Annual General Meeting, recently set for Sunday 20th September 2020, has been re-set for Sunday 18th October
The meeting will still be held at 10am in the Clubhouse at 76 McDougall Street, Milsons Point 2061
This change has been occasioned by the additional body of work needed to be performed before the meeting and the need to ensure all the necessary documentation is prepared and posted for the members to receive in the required timeframe and reviewed in good time before the meeting.
The board set the original date in the hope of achieving all that was required, however this has not been possible, hence the new date.
We look forward to seeing you at the Club for the 2020 AGM on the revised date of Sunday 18th Oct.
DUE TO SOCIAL DISTANCING REQUIREMENTS, PLEASE RSVP BY MONDAY 5th OCTOBER 2020 IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND THE AGM.
Should Covid conditions be such that we are not permitted to hold the meeting at the club, or there are indications of a particularly large attendance that exceeds our social distancing allowance and capacity, we will advise of alternative arrangements and the meeting will be held virtually.
As you will appreciate, there remain many unknowns, and the board and management must be prepared to tackle each one, as or if they materialise.
